A Bit More About Me

Okay, let’s be honest. You’re really looking for pictures of my pets, my marital status;), and what I do on the weekends, right?

I know first hand it’s not everyday you’ll have enough hope to consider reaching out to a therapist.

I have personally been through similar experiences with divorce (tough times for sure), and I clearly remember the rollercoaster of emotions. Yikes! You might be wondering if a couples counselor can help. Maybe you’re worried your relationship is too complicated or that it’s too late for therapy. I say, it’s not too complicated, nor is it too late.

Some Fun Facts About Me

When I’m not in session with therapy clients, I’m probably in session with a personal training client or teaching a group fitness class. Yes, I do both and always have. I began teaching fitness classes while in school for my undergraduate degree (I was basically a child) in psychology at UCF in Orlando, FL, and never looked back!

I have a husband (not my first;) and two fabulous cats, Jake & Lyla. I love coffee but never finish the cup and turn to music when I need to regroup or get a boost of inspiration. I’m energetic and assertive in and out of session, and I’m also an introvert (insert- everyone laughs)! In general, I have a great passion for helping people make practical changes that are reachable and sustainable.
